Unfortunate news from Italy this evening I am afraid. After 3 days in which the increase in new contagions has fallen there has been a jump in numbers. Sadly there are now 39 doctors who have died and goodness knows how many nurses and other medical staff are now CV positive.

This is shocking news from Italy. It shows with the deceased doctors and nursing staff that death does not stop at younger ones when the viral load is high. Just now I read that in Alsace nobody is intubated who is older than 75 years. It is very, very terrible.

China virus is now confined to foreign visitors coming in so they are being stopped and flights restricted . Here many many flights are coming in to all UK airports from most countries , Not good ! Another stream of infection .
