For a project, I need some photos of the instruments, all Mustang derived, in a 3.7 ltr Roadster please. Unfortunately the ones that I have from photos of my own Roadster are all slightly on the skew! Many thanks to whoever is kind enough to provide.

That’s perfect Richard, you’re an absolute star! 🌟 Thank you and the back of the instrument pack is a real bonus Jon!

Brian, are you tweaking SP1 ? (I was fortunate to be at the official unveiling at the factory) Looks like you’ve rumbled me Jon! As you know SP1 has instruments on an iPad using information from the OBD II port and Apps. It’s not as satisfactory a solution as I thought it would be and I had considered changing the iPad for an Android device, as the Apps seem better. When I saw the Car SOS programme on the Lotus Esprit (SWMBO also likes it and some of the emotional handovers!) I was impressed with the work that ‘Alec’ did on the digital dashboard and then when James BW posted on TM about the programme, I decided to see if I could track Alec down. Long story short he has accepted the challenge and says that using the Canbus information he can display it on an iPad in whatever form I want it the instruments! Whilst the photos were helpful he now needs the Mustang pod as shown in your photo of the back of it and of course, MMC are completely closed down. There are actual Mustang instrument pods available, but imho they will not have the correct settings available on them. I will speak to someone at Morgan after Easter to see if my supposition is correct, but it appears that the development is delayed for now. Thanks again to you Jon and also to James, as when I saw the section on Alec for the second time it spurred me into action. I’ll let you know how we get on and what the finished product looks like. Incidentally, Alec is an absolute gentleman and the reason he did not want his coordinates published is that he has more work than he can cope with, but loves the challenge of an interesting one-off - lucky me!

Is he a 'one man band' operation ? It just seems as though there is potential there for a much bigger business (but ,maybe that is not his 'thing' ?) Anyway, looking forward to updates on SP1.......... James
