why was the torque reaction bar sawn off? it looks like there was another one at the side of it, how were they located on the axle.
I noticed there wasn't a handbrake showing are you fitting a cable handbrake or going electric?
I also noticed you have a brake bias pedal adjuster, to use this arrangement on the road the adjuster has to be welded.(so no adjustment) crazy!!

No idea why the reaction bar has been sawn off but need to find out. Other end attaches to welded on bracket on top if diff casing. Brake bias will be fine for MOT but may be removed anyway as I'm not sure if I actually need it.

Postie delivered my new rear panel today, so number plate can be attached after a rather long absence!

Progress is being made. Upper part of cage now removed and next will be the under scuttle part of the cage. This will be replaced by a better located under scuttle roll bar and joined by door bars to the rear roll bar.

Fuel cell also now removed and our resident expert Simon H will be fabricating a suitably baffled injection tank with twin fillers etc as a replacement.

Steering wheel and column removed and I'm now on the hunt for a standard set up to replace the simple quick release wheel/column that had been fitted. Fine for racing but no good to hang an ignition barrel and stalks from.

Need to clear the garage of the unwanted spares.....

Had a good day on HotMog yesterday. Managed to remove the under scuttle part of the cage, the electric fire extinguisher and the Stack dash.

Removing redundant wiring was not easy as it's fully integrated in the loom, which was bespoke made at the time the car was built into a Class A car. It would have been far easier to just terminate the wires but I wanted to ensure the job was done properly and I end up with a car that's a s perfect as possible.

The next image shows the full width radiator. There's an oil cooler behind the rad to the left and a fan to the right.
