This 30 sec video should cheer a few of us up as we're locked down, unable to play match the revs to the gearchange stuff on decent roads.

Well done Caterham - offering something special for around the price of a 4/4 if one was available.

I preferred the Super Sprint to this one but I'm sure it'll sell well.

The sad thing about the super sprint specials, despite their immediate success, there does seem to be a lot for sale, all more or less unused. I doubt there will be such a rush of speculators this time but all the same, these all look great, I love the gold centred wheels.

When I was selling my Roadster I pondered over a Caterham.....I’d always admired them when going down to Williams. I eventually took a car for a test drive.
I can see the attraction in many ways but I felt more vulnerable than driving a MTW and realised that I’d probably end up doing something daft in it.

And when you do do that daft thing, because you will, there is nowhere in that cockpit to hide. pantsdown

A friend, whose doctor daughter, who has just finished putting a Caterham driver back together after a Caterham - Tree interaction, commented that the crumple zone in a Caterham is the driver/passenger pelvic area!

Having owned numerous Sevens since my first in 1986, I can only be thankful that I didn't buy one in my late teens and early twenties. The best I could do then was a race tuned Frogeye - which didn't get away unscathed, due to complete silliness on my part, but at least I was OK each time, due to lower speed and more metal around me.

Yea, living is full of dangers..(-: Motorcycling was my passion when younger.

An ambulance driving m/cyclist spoke of a surgeon who classed m/cyclists as ideal organ donors..

Quite how I managed to get this far in life is quite beyond my understanding.. laugh2

Me too. I was the only one of my motorcycling friends to not break anything. Though I do have some prettying impressive gravel rash scars.
