Went to the local town for some sugar substitute and was stopped by the Garda- asked where I was going so I told him that I needed it because as I was an old git, I was borderline type 2 and therefore shouldn’t have sugar. He says” carry on, but clearly you’re not too old a git to drive a nice car” - shows a) a sense of humour and b) taste!!!!!!

Sadly all dressed up & nowhere to go.
I delivered groceries to my MIL today, she is 90.
The isolation is hard on her but at least she has a garden & Sunday we have a family skype call.
She is about 1/2 mile from the beach in Felixstowe & the route takes you via the beach. There was nearly no one out despite the sun & all the car parks were empty. I think here at least the message has been received & followed.

No I have not. Couldn't drive it last year because of a medical problem and can't drive this year because of the bleeding Chinese.

Are you in folkmog , haven't seen this car before . When things loosen up a bit please come to the meet ups , they are listed on folkmog site ! Possibly I could beg a passenger ride ?
