I must be daft - I was wondering what 119 had to do with anything - Oh the advantages of a classical education!! ( which I did not have.
Reminds me that Megan has a completely numeric registration VX60 CXC 5,10,60,190
Sorry - losing the plot at this point in the day.

Roman numerals are too confusing. What sort of system has an XL size being smaller than an L??

By way of explanation of the title of my thread...

1: The new Morgan chassis was code-named 'CX' upon release in 2019

2: Coronavirus (aka Covid 19 or C19) was also 'released' in 2019

3. '19' in Roman numerals is 'XIX'

4: So... perhaps the 'new' Morgan should now be called the 'C XIX' , not simply 'CX'

Is it just me! confused2 crazy2 laugh2

I thought it was because the company was CX years old e.g. 110 years old in 2019? The centenary was in 2009? Not the year of release.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

That`s because Romans started in the BC era when everyone counted backwards.

smile So BC = "Backwards Counting". Thanks Phil, I knew they'd be a simple explanation.
