Michael, you are fortunate to be in Austria, where common sense seems to be applied to the COVID lockdown and you can go for a harmless, non essential, solo drive in the middle of nowhere.

In Austria, entering public places is currently prohibited. However, there are some exceptions. One of them is entering public places outdoors alone or with people who live in the same house. These exceptions are interpreted differently. The wording of the law does not prohibit driving.

Not quite TM top standard, but a quick wipe over and a bit of fresh air.
