Mine would have to be a money no object list:
Type 35 Bugatti
Bentley 4 1/2 litre
E Type
Morgan Aeromax

I would settle for having a short drive in each.

I always liked the C3 as a little boy, besides all the English roadsters. Unfortunately the reputation in Germany was very bad because mainly pimps drove this car. That was a great pity. No matter how good or bad it is technically, it looks great and is a statement of its time.

I will try not to drip sweat on the new wing after the run.
Incidentally the remains of the paint were left for me in a tub in the footwell - now no excuse not to sort out the odd spot of road rash over the next couple of weeks.

What if you breakdown or have an accident??? The number of emergency staff that could be involved in these unprecedented times. I’m sorry but don’t people understand about staying at home? It’s a Government request.

You are allowed to drive a short distance to exercise - stay balanced.

Heinz, those C3`s had chassis like trucks and with drum brakes, all be it with huge engine potential, and agree it was a stunning shape when it was current... But as a sports car, I have my doubts..?

I will just have to be practical, I wanted a vintage car experience and one with a large engine, and my old +8 has filled that bill better than I ever imagined, thus having ticked that box I prefer to be somewhat more practical and in that regard these days driving anything that was overly powerful seems to demand more skill than I suspect I have available.

Perhaps practicality suggests I should drive something with all the aids of a Modern vehicle, but I suspect I could be really comfortable in any early 911 up to 993 in top notch condition...and in truth I could perhaps make that happen, but not quite up to giving up on my old Mog right at this time, and would find it hard to justify to myself having two classics..! Each to their own.

Here is a classic that I do not want to own. But I would very much like to have the driving experience. Especially since we Morgan drivers shouldn't be that far off.
