Miscellany drop through the door today, I saw there was an article about the Vagabones' visits to Le Mans. Imagine my surprise when I see a photo of my Morgan at Arnage in 2006. I expect only Simon and Rob H will be able to identify it, although my son did recognise me by the ski jacket I was wearing.

john - you will struggle to recorgnise the car, let alone me. But Simon will.

Our Miscellany has yet to arrive. Presumably, Royal Mail is struggling to reach South Notts.

I see what you mean. I can spot red Mogs but not you.

John - I'll give you a clue.

The bonnet is open on my car. Not that there was anything wrong. We were showing a Frenchman the difference in Morgans, e.g. my 4/4 100 horses, Robs +8 (blue) 200 horse, and +8 Red racer 300 horses (ish), is how they were discribed in French.

Simon - of this parish - parked next to me a few moments later.

Simon -where are you? Are you OK?

Steve
My copy had yet to arrive.

My memory of our meeting at Arnarge in 2006, was yourself, Rob in his blue +8, Richard Plant in his red +8 racer, Ian in his modified white Plus 4, amongst others. Interesting that both you and I still have our same cars.
That day continued with a lunchtime trip to a winery, followed by an evening bar-b-que at a chateau!
Good race that year, but chuffing hot and getting drinking water was a challenge.
