I've seen this on here some time ago.
Looks like the towers at Reculver, but I think the angle is wrong. Used to live a few miles along the coast, but haven't been back there for nigh on 40 years.

Well done Graham - it is Reculver Towers. The angle suggests the Mogs were parked right next to The King Ethelbert Inn with the public car park entrance immediately behind them..

Who's trailer and 3-Wheeler is that? I'm concerned about how it handles while driving! The 3-Wheelers have at least 2/3 of their weight in the "nose", so pulling this trailer with the 3-wheeler this way, so the bigger mass really far behind the axle of the trailer is a Little suicidal...

Marmota...looks to be a pre 2009 French number plate.... but visiting the UK .... would agree with you regarding the weight distribution of the trailer .... seems likely to be rear-heavy which is not a good thing.

A lot of the older 3 wheelers are towed this way on purpose built trailers as it keeps the overall width to a minimum. I have one for my 1934 Sports. Looking at the trailer in the picture I would think the nose weight is adequate as the front wheels of the Morgan are close to the trailers mudguards so approximetly 2/3 of the car is in front of the trailer axle.
