Thank you +8 Rich. Having owned a TVR in the past it might be one of the colours that TVR used on their Chimeras, Griffiths etc. It does look good when the sun shines on it.
Thank you also Paul F. My wife, or at least her cousins are very much into horses. I see that you and +8Rich are interested in aviation. My late wife's son owns the last remaining Series 5 Auster. I've got some photos. As Paul said Richard it would be nice to see a picture of the Auster sometime, well anything aviation wise goes down well on here. I'm struggling with that particular photo but here is a web link https://www.airport-data.com/aircraft/photos/G-ARLG:531614:1.html which has some photos on it.

Welcome from a fellow 4 seater owner and a Richard to boot.Have owned mine 1999 model for coming up to six years and use it all year round average of 4 thousand a year .Had a tour of Europe planned for this summer first summer since I retired,never mind we will get it done one day.Enjoy you miles and smiles. Hi Richard, We have a motorhome and have had many holidays in that including a three month trek around northern Europe. We can't do that and holiday in a Morgan so the campervan might get sold. We also have a dinghy, a Lymington River Scow, and we propose to trailer that around the country and sail where we can. that will have to be behind the tin top. I propose to use the Morgan all year. The picture of us driving through the ford was on 5th January on a Log Mog run to a Hampshire pub. Do you remember doing that. It only gets used on the shopping run now. I might talk to you on another occasion about your four seater and especially the hood. Mine seems to be permanently fixed in place. I wanted to have a tonneau cover but I can't see how it could be done. I'll speak to Allon White & Co when things get back to normal. I think a drive up to Hertfordshire might be frowned upon right now. - Richard

Yes welcome - those 2 seaters don't know what they're missing  Just 're-rubbered' the back of mine (I can remove the seat cushions and have a considerable lined load space for camping and stuff ) Hi TBM, Yours must be of a different age to mine. I have individual seats with hinged backs. They lie flat when folded down and the dog kennel (we have a whippet) goes on one side and everything else goes on the other. Couldn't manage with a two seater! Regards Richard

He well remembers that last time I went up in a small plane when he was doing his hours for a commercial licence. I was sick. I don't mind large passenger jets but not small planes. I prefer to be on terra firma and the more firmer the less terror!

K Hi, I'm afraid small planes do nothing for me except make me feel sick. I've not even seen it. He remembers the last time he took me for a trip. Never again, but then he has no interest in cars. For him they are just a means of getting from A to B. He is a professional pilot flying Airbus A200's et al.
