Given the grade of work involved (no baby is ugly right?) I am going to say it is in the US (building style behind the "car") and that the wheel hub logo looks like an early Datsun/Nissan Z logo off a 240z or something of that style. Wheels and wheelbase seem close to it? The rest is down to personal taste.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

It could be that preproduction model when they were experimenting with composite panels , forgot to post cure it then in the Californian sun when the Texan dealer sat himself on the back for a cigar she wilted..........
