Slight topic drift but the bottom half of the long rubbers on the end of the sidescreens have come out of the frame grooves and flap about.

Is there a knack to easing them back in other than removing completely and threading and gluing them in again?

Attempts to inch them back in with a small screwdriver has only resulted in scratching of the frame and nicked rubber.

Try the rounded corner of an old plastic bank card, won't scratch the frame
