Still a belt drive there, but no idea what the rest of the gubbins does! How about this concept from Garage 56 ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/06/06/E7469DC2-6234-4856-B509-F18DF8DFE71B.png)

Looks like an electric drive with water cooling for the motor.

I wonder if anyone has experimented with hydraulic drive systems? Whilst it could be built, a hydraulic drive system compared to belt drive doesn’t offer many advantages; Hydraulic drive - High torque, low speed, heavy, expensive, issues with heat build up Belt drive - Low torque, high speed, lightweight, cheap, less issues with heat. The above is relative to each other but that is why hydraulic drive is used in construction equipment and belt drive is used in motorbikes etc. Following the motorbike theme, chain or shaft drive would be a more viable alternative to belt drive. Thank you.

I've been quoted $ 525 for a poly coated aluminum sprocket. My local motorcycle shop has assured me they can make the change.
Any thoughts ?

Thanks I think that's what I'll do.
I'm waiting to hear from Allon White about some head rest pads. Asked them if they would ship to the US.
Doing some upgrades. Put the shark teeth graphics on this week from a local shop.

The Supermax overlay is well proven in the motorcycle world, weighs about 10 pounds less than a steel sprocket (weighed both), and really is the more elegant solution. Physics tells us reduced rotating mass is roughly equivalent to 2x static mass, so the 10 pound addition of a steel sprocket equates to adding 20 pounds to the machine, which has a negative effect on acceleration and fuel mileage. Maybe not enough to care about, but it's there.

I think I was quoted $595 from Supermax, shipping included, right before the world fell apart in early March of this year so your $525 local quote is right on the money.
