Hi Niall

I suspect they haven’t changed, my 2012 4/4 uses the same relays as my old 2008 +4.

The good news with the 2012 car is it comes with a spare!!! MMC fit the A/C relay and the car doesn’t have it so there is one in the box for me. A pal broke down when his fuel pump relay failed and got home by swapping for the Fan High Speed relay, that are all the same.

Hi,

My car is a 2006 built 4/4, 1.8 duratec with the bank of 5 relays (plus wiper), the standard stuff.

My relays are....Ripaults 268990

Presently available for about £4 from 12v Planet

I’m really not technical enough to understand the differences between those generally available of the same type.

If pushed I don’t think I have any hang ups using an alternative but would love to hear from anyone if I’m wrong.

The relays are difficult to see on my car. I can see them lying on my back and looking upwards left of the steering column cover

Hope this helps

Regards

Geof
