Good performance and engineering with parts available. Well done that man BaT Datsun Sales history

Wow that is serious money, I never realised they were so much in demand. I guess for a great looking car which is so much better built than some of its contemporary rivals its understandable.

Here is a quote from the auction commentary Jul 4 at 9:34 AM Rhayner 613 I had a 74 260Z which I bought new and owned for 10 years. It was metallic green with tan interior and I loved it more than my then wife, lol. I can’t be sure but it probably handled pretty much the same as a 240. By todays standards it’s rubbish, but compared to the British competition at the time it was a dream sports car. I miss it and it will always hold a special place in my memories.

The Nissan restoration cars are highly sought after and hence the price. Mine is a 1973, Rich I'd love it to be worth a fortune but its a strange market with the prices always being talked down by those that own the cars. It doesn't seem like 5 years but it's probably getting on for that. I keep thinking of selling it as I don't use it much but then got out for a run in it and change my mind. Here are some pictures ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2017/09/21/240z-1-2.md.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2017/09/21/240z-1-6.md.jpg)
