Nice run out on Thursday over to the RHS gardens at Wisley. Angie booked in advance and we experienced Wisley without many people - lovely and recommended.

Kevin,
there definitely is plus to COVID when you go on visits to gardens. I haven't been to Wisley in yonks but the photos show it is holding it's own.
As a NT volunteer I know that know most if not all of their gardens are open but pre booking is needed

I drove up to Tanworth-in-Arden to find Nick Drake's grave this afternoon and was surprised to find Mike Hailwood's in the same churchyard.

Nice drive today around Westport and Fairfield, Connecticut. The big plus was driving my brother-in-law's '66 Corvette. A truly incredible car.

Wonderful bright Morgan, makes an attractive picture sitting in the sun..

The Corvette is another motoring style icon. In my youth the C3 Corvette blew my socks off, until I got under the C3 and found the underpinnings to be more truck-like, than that of a sporting car icon with its drum brakes and heavy ladder chassis, so other than power output and softer springing, perhaps not a great deal different from a Morgan, other than the ability of the Morgan to provide fun on a tight twisting road ..? But then the wide and open roads of the US are perhaps somewhat different from the tighter and twisting back roads of the UK... Horses for courses...?

73 4/4. Somewhere I saw the color listed as Chrome Yellow.

If we park in a field for a concourse, it's the one car that attracts the insects. They think it's a flower.
