Hi there After having dreamed day and night for about a year, I ordered my new beauty and made my deposit last November. Did order directly through Morgan UK as I thought this is part of the adventure and I also had a good reference case. After Morgan have postponed the delivery date twice, the car's ready (have seen pictures) and according to Morgan, they are now awaiting documents from the UK Export/registration offices. But now, there's no more information flow. Obviously Morgan does not put customer informaton on high priority. Receiving answers to emails or even a call back to a phone message is obviously to much asked. I don't want to believe that this is the normal way paying customers are treatet at Morgan. Anybody else having similar problems and can give me advice on what they did to improve such situations?
Regards Roger PS: cross fingers this experience does not reflect the car's future behaviour...

Roger how long have you been waiting since they told you they were waiting for documentation?

Black Adder, On May 7th, Morgan were able to give me the chassis number for insurance reasons. So the car was in production. My order included a UK registration, valid for 2 months. On May 27th I got the information they are still awaiting the documentation. On June 10th they asked for personal information for the customs office. On June 20th they are still awaiting the documentation and promised to chase the case. Since then, no reaction.
I accept that things may take its time. However, that does not mean that a customer should not be updated anymore.

MarioCP Thank you for your words. Maybe my expectations are just to high. Waiting for the car is really hard, especially with that sunny wheather we had during June. Lets hope things turn out good. Regards Roger
