I could not stop reading this fabulous blog. What an incredible adventure! Thank you for sharing it with us.
The story made me hungry, so I'm running out for some beef "fajitas"... Not as elegant as your gastronomic experiences in France, but I hope to visit there once the pandemic eases.
I will then call AM for arranging a trip.

Well done.
Now how do you deal with the dead pedal/clutch foot rest?
This doesn't bother me too much. I can bend my knee enough to have my left foot flat on the floor, without using a steering wheel spacer. Not too much room, to be honest, but not something I’m concerned about.
