A run out to Anglesey Abbey in the glorious sunshine and a walk around the gardens. 60 ish lovely miles followed by a steak on the bbq this afternoon.

I went to the dentist. He repaired a broken tooth & advised that I should think about having the nerve drilled out & a crown fitted. The Mog helped me by distracting me on the way home.

A great trip out yesterday onto Exmoor.
Picnic, remote, wild ponies, baking hot.
The drive back down the Exe Valley, early evening, was glorious.
Some serious sunburn today on the bits that remained exposed!

Just had a wonderful week re-visiting some of my favourite roads with Mog in Mid Wales.
First time back on some of the mountain roads since I fitted the new engine and what a difference.
Traffic not as bad as I thought it would be in the main holidays but I would avoid Aberystwyth if I were you.
Run back not too bad until the Welshpool Road met the Shrewsbury bypass.
20 minutes queuing in almost 30 degrees. Car performed perfectly but thankful for my Tilley hat and driving gloves.
