I have not used it in my front tyres but as Rog G says, the instructions say it can be used. I am a bit concerned about balance with the front wheels. I have a can of the spray foam stuff for front wheel punctures, they are easier to get to. I also carry a spare tube, not to replace at the side of the road although some have I believe, but I doubt that many tyre places would have the correct tube if I managed to get to one after a puncture. My front wheel tube would have had the foam inside I expect, so a new tube will be needed and doesn't take up too much space. I have carried one for 7 years now and not needed it, so it may work preventing punctures  I carry two inner tubes for the front tyres. And this after your advice long ago in another post. Because, as you say, the repair is easy for any motorcycle workshop, but the size is unusual so they won't have it on the shelves...

It doesn't seem to make a noticible difference to the balance of the fronts, however when I had new tyres I had to have new tubes as well as the electronic balancer couldn't handle it.

when changing a tire you should always have two tubes.... it you only have one, you will pinch it and ruin it... if you have two, you will not pinch it
