Another Great Escape Gang run this time to the Boot at Freston on the dodgy side of the River Orwell. This is a very covid aware pub with great food & drink. we did lots of complex maths to maximise the Chancellors money off deal but still get the AMEX shop small deal.

Morganthefreeman came in SBM's old car a lovely Brooklands Roadster. There was a strange AJS chopper in the car park. The church is where boy sailors from HMS Ganges who died are buried plus some WWI & WWII troops including some German naval troops.

Kevin, please don't post waterside shots & especially narrowboats, we still regret selling ours (when it's sunny) several years ago, watched the shell being fabricated to my design & then over 3 years of graft fitting out, bit like a Mog I suppose

Ok I'll take care, ....... can't promise though ....

Remember that bridge well from my frequent business trips to Italy via France in the 80's and 90's.

tmg513, have fun on your big Morgan Tour this year. I hope I can read new restaurant reviews from you on Tripadvisor again. So far I always liked it very much and it was really comprehensible described, as if I had been there myself for dinner.

Early 5am start yesterday to collect son from Newcastle then on to Morpeth and then on to Otterburn to sort out final details for changed wedding plans.

Great spirited driving day in high temperatures ..waved at nice TR3A round Durham area.

Back to Newcastle for tea (dinner if youre posh) then home to York at 10.30pm.

Fantastic driving in the darkness being buffeted by the warm air..one of those memorable driving days.

Morgans are so good at this type of driving !!!!

One day this week I drove a +6, a +four and an Aero +8 V8 back to back..lucky me !!!...which would I choose ?...maybe reveal later.!!!
