If any one has a four seater with taller screen and 9 stud hood then let’s try ,should be no problem.

Work OK on mine (two wiper set up).

I'd originally swapped to the better CBS 8" wipers - they worked OK but a large bottom screen overlap at the 'full'' stroke (opposite to park, if that makes sense)

These are an inch shorter, and the missing inch is all on one side. Now there is still an overap on the full stroke, but it's much less (under 1 cm).

Nowhere near the top of the screen. In fact could get away with an extra half inch of length. I may have a fiddle with the CBS ones and see if I can get an optimum setup.

I've just measured the height of the glass part of the screen at the centre line of the Plus 8.
Exactly 10 inches: standard "Easy up" hood.
I tried to measure the unswept gap between the end of the blade and the top of the glass when at the high point, but even if the ignition is turned off the wipers return to park, they don't just stop. But by eye the unswept bit is about 1".

That’s about the same as I had and overcame by installing a gear 10 degrees less.

As I'm on a two wiper set up, I wouldn't want to decrease any sweep. Happy to live with the slight overlap.

I first thought likewise but my worry with overlap is that it can tear the end of the rubber over time. Have a close inspection before the MOT as a torn or damaged rubber is a failure.

It does make life easier and cheaper - I do get an unofficial check up at a mates MOT station just to see if I miss anything though smile
