We had a nice four car run out for a BBQ in north Gower yesterday including Sospan good company and a moonlight drive home what could be better.

70 mile drive this morning to Newcastle Emlyn and back in torrential rain to pick up and fit a new powdercoated oz wheel. I followed a huge tractor with an even bigger s..t tank for miles till I got a straight bit of road and did something you never need to do in the Aero slipped it into third and floored it, now serious progress was made and as I casually dropped to fourth my windscreen wiper detached itself. I pulled over got out of the car in the pouring rain to be greeted by a cheerie wave and a toot from the farmer, upon retreival it was quite obvious the tractor and trailer had modified my bit of Morgan. Driving a morgan whilst soaked with the roof up is not a good place to be especially without a wiper. Every drive an adventure.

,Who in Newcastle Emlyn does a good job on magnesium wheels? I used to live in Llandyfriog so spent a lot of my youth in Newcastle Emlyn. I have 2 sets of wheels that could probably do with a bit of care.

Shooter. LG services his name is Llyr my oz had seven cracks in it he had it repaired locally unforunately one of the welds failed so I had to have my spare powdercoated. The work he did is spot on but be prepared for some green laneing to get to him, funnily enough we saw a Gtn up that neck of the woods about 4 yrs ago was it you.

A short run in the rain to test the new wiper blades from Peter G.
AMAZING!!
For the first time in a Morgan I have a clear, un streaked, screen.
Almost like a TinTop....

We had a three county five car run out yesterday 2 roadsters a plus8 and an aero the range rover is a three wheeler owner but wanted to get home without another break down . Lovely sunday lunch at the cliff hotel Gwbert a real Jewel with a view to die for.
