Just been t boned by a white van. The tow hook on the front has knackered the wing, steering & front wheel. I managed to fit the spare as I was only 2 miles from home but the front end is well knackered. Broad day light with side lights on & horn.  He "didn't see me" No one hurt but the car & the odd bruise. Oh dear sorry to see that John, its sounds like the front has had quite a severe twist /racking. You would think that a woodworker might have more respect for a Morgan!

Bad luck mate. When I totaled our 4/4 (subsequently rebuilt) we came to the conclusion that its people that matter so if you are OK that's a real plus

that is incredibly frustrating. Glad you are OK, but clearly your Roadster will need a significant degree of TLC. At least he stopped and you know who he is. Will his insurance pay for the hire of a Morgan for all the time your car is off the road?
On Sunday the husband of a riding friend of Caroline's was forced off the road into a tree: Landrover Defender written off, significant facial damage to the driver.
The van didn't stop: to add insult to injury neither did two vehicles behind and one behind the van.
It is that sort of incident that make me more and more interested in fitting a dash cam....

Agree with Roady - cars can be repaired - people are much more important.I am glad you are OK apart from being shaken by the episode.

You lose access to your Mog but at least you could get it home and more importantly no one was hurt.
