Good luck John, what a shower of excrement they are these insurers  Headley being the exception for me and have restored my faith after the celebrity chef wrote mine off in his Audi tractor. Lets get it right Rich, it’s the “so called celebrity chef”

Lets get it right Rich, it’s the “so called celebrity chef” I'll let you decide Craig Burton he left the town owing lots of people money and is persona non grata around these parts and I believe is a chef over in Torquay somewhere now.

I only ever saw him around Dartmouth in his 911. The least suitable car to drive around Dartmouth, apart from a huge SUV.

It was an Audi tank he hit me with he had 5 kids at the time and outgrew the Porker (and his wives) pretty quickly.. He didn't have the best reputation. It sounds like his wives outgrew him.

Well they just called me up all sweetness & light did the folks from AEGEAS as if yesterday was a dream.
They wanted to know the location of my car & hire car. I asked why I should provide this info to people who bribe & threaten me & they told me I needed too.
I then asked if legally I must do this given they were dealing insurer to insurer & they backed off.
They seem to be looking at all ways to trap me & push costs back to me. I have told them firmly I am not a post box.

Judging from the TV advert, all you might get from them would be a Matchbox/Superwheels toy car to drive around in!! When the young lad ran in to the back of my C30 6 years ago, his insurance tried similar as far as losing NCD etc. I told them to B. Off and talk to my insurer.

Even if it will cost something, perhaps les than the opposing insurance company wants to gain, but from a certain point of mental stress, I would turn the whole case over to my lawyer in your situation now, John.
