When you say nominal Richard are you referring to the outer ie max diameter?

You removed your front mudguards ? Must look mental !

Love the steering choice - How hard was the installation ? Isn't there a need of some kind of kit to match the steering with the Morgan steering column ?

No nominal as in average between inner and outer diameter, or across the core of the radius.
