Surely there is a fundamental error here?
This is a test of spelling rather than grammar!
Incidentally, I've just completed a job application sift for a role my department is advertising. My selection criteria? Automatic rejection for a spelling or grammar mistake. Out of 100 application forms received, I narrowed it down to a short list of 3 almost immediately.
