Belle makes a very quiet ticking noise when the indicators are on. I now find I can miss that the inidcators haven't self cancelled occasionally. The repeater lights on the dash are often hard to see if the sun is behind you. Has anyone fitted any kind of repeater noise maker and if so where did you get it & how did you fit it?

It’s an often fitted accessory on motorbikes so maybe a search through a bike accessory website might give some leads?

Have a look at EBay item 392259024220 is that any good? (Might need a foam pocket to quieten it down a little?)

I think it was TBM on another thread who talked about one he'd fitted that only chirped up after ten seconds to be less annoying but remind the forgetful.

Thanks Colin. What I am not so sure about is how to wire it in given PCBs etc. I don't want to blow up the electrics and he modern wiring diagrams are rubbish.

I have the same problem with mine, previously fitted an Audicator to the old S1 and it was very worthwhile, programmable delay & even dab the brakes to stop the beep.
But on the complex BCU used on the 3.7 I'm nervous of something going pop from potential backfeed

Hmmm needs checking out for sure, I have no idea. Too expensive to just guess, logic tells me no coils involved (as in a relay) so shouldn’t be a back EMF but I am a nuts and bolts mechanic not an electronics one so best get some expert advice. Sorry can’t help.

Agreed on Richard. I also thought that if I got two of those cheap bike repeaters I could wire one to each rear indicator & bring them back into the car via the board by the battery. But the indicators are canbus so I have no idea if that would tolerate that.
