I also struggle to see how publishing photos of this young lady on holiday with her baby is of public interest.

Let him who is without sin caste the first stone. If more folks remembered this, we wouldn’t have so much sanctimonious ranting. I thought the parable was about not rushing to judgement?

I think, like it or not, the press deem it worthy as the picture shows the partner of the PM breaking the Italian Covid rules, whilst he sets the English/Welsh Covid rules for us to obey.
Taken after the Cummings saga and his fathers Greece trips it does not reflect well on the PM if even his own family and close advisors break the rules/ignore advice

Next you’ll be suggesting our government would break international law (that it itself signed) to suit its own ends (whilst criticising other countries who break international laws because their foreigners and thats different). How dare you.

Given Gambalangas post earlier and being as I have no knowledge of Italian rules (I would if I went though) I don’t doubt him then I beg to differ.

The current rules in Italy are that you do not have to wear a mask in the open unless you are near other people (except someone who lives in the same house) or in a closed public space: office, shop, hotel, etc. You can remove the mask in a restaurant or bar provided you maintain social distance, and the service providers must sanitise tables etc.
A quick search on Mr Google reveals many pictures of her socialising contrary to the rules.
I am of course jumping to the conclusion that the people in that image and the others on t’internet are not all part of her household
