Glorious day in South Wales, drove about six miles round-trip. ..,.town in lockdown not allowed to leave.

Managed to sneak son's wedding in at Morpeth Town Hall before Covid 19 restrictions change everything again. It was the 7th time we had to re-organise/change/cancel arrangements in the last few months like many others...very stressful to say the least !!! The big all singing and dancing edition has been postponed for 2 years. 07:00 start for 70 mile trek to Techniques for SSL front and rear suspension fitting. Took the cross country route and the roads were all kind. As it was a clear morning, I decided the roof had to come down...it was a little bit fresh! Don't be silly, mine lives there and as John shows can be seen out and about. Just amusingly recalling the Bibury incident a couple of year's ago where a single parked yellow car was claimed to be spoiling tourists photographs!. I hope you were one of the many yellow cars that counter-protested! Unfortunately they ran the drive through on a day when I was otherwise occupied. Otherwise, I would have been in that group!

Graham .... thank you for your service ..... I've been reduced to wistfully watching the hillclimb live feeds from my Northern stronghold ..... much as it's great to watch Alex and Sean hitting 22s up Shelsley it was so good to watch the vintage mob attacking Prescott over the weekend ..... lovely cars being used well .... and I can watch them without my throttle-foot itching!! K

22 seconds up Shelsey Walsh. That is moving. I think the best I got was 31s basd upon my timing of myself in various ToTH events.

Just coming out of my village en route to BHM when I passed a red 4-seater ( the proper kind pre 90's re-vamp) on the A257 - Sandwich to Canterbury road around 8.15am. Anyone on here I wonder?
