Rizoma make some lovely custom pieces but unfortunately they’ve reduced their catalogue from a few years ago.

I came up with a good winter job; move the chain hoist point over the engine area of the 4 post lift. Now it sits in a position that I used for 20 years, before the lift. So if I were to put in the Bleazey Centa Conversion then getting the engine out becomes a bit easier.

Sounds like a decent winter job.

I’m thinking of adding the Morgan Custom fuel system upgrade to the list as the thought of the current filter on the return line keeps gnawing away at me.

I have a few non deal-breaking questions -

Has anyone in the U.K. fitted it?
Are all components imperial sized US OEM items or are there metric items included?
Does it fit beneath the cooling fan assembly ok?

Cooling fan stays the same.

Not metric.

Very easy to fit once you figure out how the “quick disconnect” Morgan fuel lines work. You will have to drill and tap one hole above the old fuel filter location; drill bit and tap provided in kit.

You will either need to send your Fuel Injector Towers to Emil to have his fitting welded on or have it done at your end, best to give him a call he will talk you through it.

I bought N extra set of towers from S&S and shipped them to Emil so when I got the fuel system from Emil all I had to do was ship the old ones back for a credit with very little down time.
Talk with Emil about it.

I'll be curious to hear how this fuel system mod works out.

It’s great. You can really feel the difference, it’s smoother, slightly better throttle response and feels like a tiny power gain.
