Conversely, there is an argument that the cars desperately need driver aids.. Turbochargers, auto boxes etc etc.

Would I be correct in thinking that the test drives will be unaccompanied due to Covid..? On one hand that's a Good Thing (would you sit next to someone..!!) but also a Bad Thing as there's no-one to caution you..

Steve, if the cars aren't on trade plates Krazy Horse lets you drive them alone. You are insured by KH but you accept the risk of I think the for £1k of damage.

One of the reasons I won't do "Experience Drives" at the factory for the foreseeable future. Figure I'm taking enough of a chance conducting tours.

I signed for £1k excess yesterday on the Sport Black Plus4. Another good reason to be careful with it!

Time to stop the thread drift. The Great Escape Gang made another Wed lads drive out. All was well through Dedham vale for a coffee at the Boat House.

Then to the Henny Swan for a light luncheon. The Swan is a lovely pub by the Stour (think Flatford Mill & Constable). Here Richard & Paul joined us. 5 people and 2 dogs which is still legal.

Hawki , Morganthefreeman & I then made a visit to the Bell at Kersey. A really great old medieval village with a ford (AKA splash). Whilst enjoying a quiet libation in this old inn we spotted a small amount of precipitation . Morganthefreeman wisely raised his hood as we raced Le Mans style to the cars. Hawki & I enjoyed a good drenching especially waiting politely for Morganthefreeman to put up his hood as a shower turned into a monsoon. The splash was now a torrent & the clean car dirty again.
But boy was it fun.

Great pictures John, which bring back many happy memories of youthful times in both areas visited!
Thanks for posting
