I'm going to go for the Ecotiles I think.
I not only want it to look good but also want to stop any cold or damp rising in the winter.
The Ecotiles will seal the floor where I suspect carpet tiles could retain any dampness longer, especially if putting the car away wet underneath after getting caught driving in the rain.
I often wonder how the large storage places get on? The one at Biscester Heritage Center stores dozens of rare and expensive cars for long peroiod and one of their selling points is the thickness (very thick) of the concret slab the building is on. I have never asked what the meaning of that USP is?
Do they mean for securiity, or dampness or temperature changes? I've no idea.
I just know I want my cold concret floor damp proofed and clean and tidy with warmer and softer being a useful bonus

The idea of carpet tiles on the wall is interesting though, I like th esound of that
