Well this afternoon my New Morgan 3 Wheeler arrived from the dealership. Got her unloaded and put it in the barn. This will be her first night with some of the other toys. I hope they accept her and make her feel welcome. I would add a photo but don't know how to do that yet. Sure am excited. Haven't gotten to drive it, except out of the transport trailer. It was dark and cold with a big chance of rain so I just drove it into the barn. Already read the owners manual. I love the terminology they use in the book. Us people that live in Arkansas talk a little different than those who make this car. A couple of their sayings I thought funny were: Naked flames around when fueling and A battery may go flat. Love it! This immobilizer that is installed in the car may become a nuisance and it may get disconnected. When I was unloading the car, The starter would not work. I thought the battery was "flat" but then remembered the article I read about these things. I moved the fob and the engine fired. The transport guy was absolutely no help. He spoke very little English.

Congratulations! Would love to plan a trip to join other 3W owners in your area, or CO next summer.

There is a jumper connector which will disable the Toad immobiliser.
Your dealer should have spare ones as the cars are often supplied with one installed for shipping.

It does get tedious to fiddle with the dongle every time you turn off the motor

If you cannot get the immobiliser link plug from a dealer you can make your own from parts detailed on the Alternative Parts List https://www.mtwc.co.uk/the-5-speeder/ on page 7. The plug diagram is also available in the Morgan Parts Book on page 66. All this information is freely available from the Morgan Three Wheeler Club and there are a large number of M3W articles available to members, including one about the immobiliser.

If your battery is the original Banner one it could well need replacing as they are very marginal for the M3W. There are a number of suggestions in the Alternative Parts List for replacement batteries that fit the space and have better performance.

NW Arkansas has the "British Iron" group. My wife was active with them when we lived in the Tulsa area.

Good luck with the photos and its ponderous procedure. The only thing working with the M3W that is more frustrating is the inaccessibility of connections and major components. Keep in mind the car is built and then the body is installed thus covering up everything you might need.
