Looking at the modifications Ive made to my own Morgan, many are cosmetic but if you were to choose the best 3 modifications what would they be and why?
Surprisingly mine are not the most expensive.
1/ Brake reaction bars. They stopped the front end shuddering and I can drive it faster on uneven roads Cost £40
2/ LED brake/tail lights and DRL sidelights. I have these on my everyday car and feel its important to be seen Cost £30
3/ Upgraded wiper blades. Look and work better Cost £10 each

My 3 are at the other end of the scale price-wise.
1 SSL 5 Link rear suspension. Transforms the handling of my +8.
2 Allon White Easyfit Hood. (but mine was originally the pram hood) No longer worried about driving in the rain.
3 Librands tubular exhaust system including manifolds, silencers and tailpipes. Released so much more power, torque and a much more satisfying V8 rumble.

Removal of bumpers and fitting front underbelly jobbie
Full hairy exhaust System with tubular headers and decat then 3” straight cut tailpipes for deeper and crispier sound
Upgrading the GEMS Ecu thingy.

I've only made one modification to mine - and not in a tearing hurry to make many more as I like my motors "as supplied" mainly
I fitted Librands Brake Reaction Bars 2 weeks ago (one Saturday when it wasn't raining.......) So easy No need to drill anything as they line up directly with an existing nut / bolt on the chassis / tub joint line
Was surprised it was such a noticeable difference - much more of a "solid" feeling at the front end
Which did get me thinking about a panhard rod....... but do I really "need" one for burbling round the roads?

1:- Modified the seats, heater elements fitted and tilted the runners
2:- AVO shocks front and back (as part of full suspension rebuild but that's not a mod)
3:- SiFab Ali Radiator etc
worthy mentions:- brake reaction bars, door check opening thingies, storage tray under battery cover
Already had Librands tubular exhaust with side exit pipes and roll over bar (which I dont like but guess it adds some safety margin)
2012 Plus 4 in Sport Green. Much comfier than the Plus 8!

I have a lot of modifications on my Morgan I just like spending my pocket money on it . The best 3 : Williams Remap ,Avo shocks front and back and Sifab Ali Radiator . The Bad : Librands manifold with 200 cat ,failed its MOT ,now back to factory manifold . On the plus side Librands did send me a 400 cat FOC , I'm just wary of fitting it in case I have a problem at MOT time . I am thinking of having the manifold ceramic coated and then fit it after the next MOT .
