Well it is funny that the factory is very proud of their parts but when it comes to paying for warranty work they are pretty tight with respecting other people's labor. I will bite the bullet on this first go round. I love the car and I will do my work myself with the help of those on this valuable forum. Back to the topic of cars in the USA, there can't be many compared to the population. I have yet to meet anyone who has ever seen one of these little cars. They should at least provide parts in lieu of paying for the fix.

I know of 2 in Virginia, but we must have 7-8 up at Skyland Lodge in 2019, but all scattered on the east coast

As per the dealer here in Spain (Madrid) they say there are no more than 10 or 11 in the whole Spain.I know about 5 in Madrid area, but never managed to contact the owners.
