And if you want a good value convenient hotel walking distance from the Tapestry with good parking try the Novotel at the island junction of Rue Saint-Patrice. I have stayed there several times when visiting the Tapestry, D Day beaches and on the way back from Le Mans.
The walk in to town passes many good bars and restaurants or is a very short taxi ride.
Wonderful place to visit with lots in local area.

I went to see my doctor last week for the dreaded prostate exam and as I assumed the position he explained "Mr Haigh, there is no need to be embarrassed, but it is not unusual to experience an erection during this procedure"
I turned my head and uttered, I, I, I don't think you need to worry about that doctor,.
As he reached for the lube, he said in a husky voice, I'm not talking about you....
