I heard it’s a rough place to live, there is a bloke in the village with some weird car with a wooden chassis...... 🤣

Colin (just jealous)

Talking of wooden chassis, I've just made a pair of new wishbones for a Nathan Costin- now they did have a wooden monocoque....

You are almost right there are two in the village and they both belong to Bell Ringers so they are both rowdy of a Sunday morning xmascontent We can separate the drunken desperados on their way home from the Green Dragon as it's opposite the Church thumbs

Crazy old money for a big field and a posh shed isn't it xmassmile

I am led to believe if you join the funny handshake brigade you advance to GO and collect full membership and acceptance, I'm happy steering away from any club memberships though santarudy

In truth those that come into the area and join in events and fund raise with the rest of us get almost instant acceptance and friendship and others will always be unknown on the periphery which is where I suspect they were in their town/place of origin.

We found them a very welcoming crowd when we moved here 41 years ago and trading of work/life skills started from day one and continues to work well based on mutual trust and I find that quite a special thing.
