Thanks guys, greatly appreciated.

Just finished up the re-install of the tail light and turn signals. They've been done for 10 years, but just replaced all the old cracked rubber gaskets and converted to LED's. I flattened a 3/8" copper tube to match the arc of the rear fender and bonded it to the inside of the rear fender. That gave me a place to run my four rear wires through without getting them tangled up in the rear tire. Also did my ignition wiring to the coil and buttoned that up last night.

Thanks again!

Those exhaust pipe bends are absolutely stunning. Perhaps the Morgan people would be interested in hiring you as a project manager for the next M3W.

Thanks Piloto… smile

I wish they were just bends, but there are MANY small bits and pieces of pipe that went into each. I had to cut a weld most of the curves. The "U" under the carb area was a "J" bend from Jegs and that saved lots of time etc. Afterwards I had them Jet Hot ceramic coated so they keep the heat in and are protected from rust.

Well folks, I've finished my Boardtrack Racer Bike project... smile Now I'm just waiting for the State of Misery to process my title application. I've done all the paperwork with the local Troop C Highway Patrol and all the numbers etc are good along with my MSA's for the frame, motor and transmission. It's been over three months in process as they've asked me different times for more information, which they actually had from my mailing of receipts and paperwork on my initial application. Each time they put the paperwork to the back of the line and it starts all over again... frown

Here's the YouTube link to my walkaround video.

As soon as I have the title/VIN finalized, I will insure and ride it a few hundred miles and then it's up for sale! Then on with my next project... smile

Hope you like it... smile
