Boat build

Another experiment in photo posting, this photo was taken yesterday, if this works I will add earlier pictures of the build and bore you all.

Fantastic, it worked, now I can add earlier pictures if there's any appetite for them out in TM land. I might even do it there's not.😂

Hi Jon, caulking not so bad but masking up was time consuming though.
The units are in with adhesive security tape then the gap around completely filled with Soudal smx 506 glazing sealant. I'm going to try it out as is but if it's not a success I will fit a small beed on the face. I like the flush look so hopefully it will be ok.

Nice name for a stunning example of craftsmanship and determination Gordon. I suspect no bottles were allowed to be broken on the bow during the naming ceremony... smile

cheers George. You're correct in your assumption 😃
No big ceremony, but we might have a small family gathering and splash some malt over her, she'll never sail right otherwise (so I'm told.)

Thanks guys. Still got a lot of work to do on the inside though, and a berth hasn't become available.
Target date for getting her on the water is still Spring/Summer 2022.🤞

Looking lovely, Gordon ..... where are you thinking of basing her? ..... friend had his at Whitehills (pontoons and non-drying and not too far) .... that top coast has lots of interest and decent access to the Canal and the West Coast.
