I renewed mine recently (2002 4/4, blacktop 1.8 Zetec) when I changed everything at the front end including the cam belt and pulleys, aux drive belt and pulleys, water pump and alternator the aux drive belt tensioner was ok so just did the pulley on it, maker was Ruhl with part number “ten 10036”.
Cam belt and pulleys came from Melvyn Rutter, aux belt and everything else came from a local motor factors after I gave them the old ones as a sample. The big pulley where there would normally be a hydraulic pump for power steering is a steel one and the bearing can be replaced in this which is what I did.
