Just appeared on Ebay 2020 Morgan PLUS 6 AUTO 335 BHP 2998cc Silver Damaged Salvage.
The Morgan has only done 1000 miles.
It looks a big rebuild for someone brave enough.

And, yet another warning for prospective purchasers of the Plus 6. Is it now holding the record for the most written off car in it’s short history so far?

Yes one of our regulars on here phoned up for an insurance quote (from a leading Morgan agent) on a Plus Six and was refused cover point blank !!!
It's their crash history that has steered me across to the Plus Four route which to my mind has a sufficiency of power for my needs.

That Plus Six was sold in a salvage auction this month for £27,600. no VAT, now on Fleabay for £39,995

What percentage of plus 6 cars so far made have accident damage I wonder ? Are they bought by unwitting punters or what ....

That's exactly what I would be interested in, madmax. Is it a significant part of the fleet or do we only ever see sensational reports of unfortunate exceptions which cause a negative overall impression?

Yes it was my car....... Fortunately no one was seriously hurt, the car was damaged during a test drive following its first service. The replacement is due first few weeks of March.
