About an inch of water sloshing round the footwell. Had a waterproof jacket on, but was soaked from the waste down. Lots of passing cars found it very amusing......

We left the hotel with a bunch of Taffmoggers full of brevado top off in drizzle but got the roof on at a set of Traffic lights to hoots and flashes from the rest who had more sense. If anyone is new to Morganeering and your out for the day always keep the wife dryish, You know it makes sense.......Em

I had the roof and screens with me, but kept kidding myself that it would pass. By the time realisation has set in it was too late. The last 30 miles were abject misery. Thankfully I was driving solo.....
