Thanks Will, strangely I am struggling to find suppliers in the states - google redirects everything to UK only!
I will check blackcirces, unless it is in error - I ordered a set of PS4S for my BMW from Costco, and they turned out to be the standard PS4! So I put nothing past the realms of an error nowadays!
Try putting your browser into Incognito mode: maybe open File > New Incognito Tab , depending on your browser. Mind you, I looked at Michelin's UK site, and they now list three 18" PS4S - I'm sure that wasn't the case a couple of months ago when I last looked. https://www.michelin.co.uk/auto/tyres/michelin-pilot-sport-4-s215/35 ZR18 (84Y) XL 225/40 ZR18 (92Y) XL 235/40 ZR18 (95Y) XL DT1 apparently XL = stronger sidewalls, and DT = longer life, from deeper tread So ever so slightly maddeningly, standard Front 225/40 ZR18 92 (Y) is available, but Rear 245/40 ZR18 93 (Y) is not... one step forwards! Checking Michelin in France (the mother node!) gives the same three sizes https://www.michelin.fr/auto/tyres/michelin-pilot-sport-4-sSo I guess our rears don't exist. Drives me insane when looking to get staggered tyres for my cars. Why isn’t there some kind of system where you can enter both sizes for one make

Interestingly, whilst my S3,S4 & S5 all came with staggered wheels, 225 front, 245 rear, the GTN original semi slick Yokohama's are 225 all round. Where all S1's the same all round or staggered?

Question is, how to get them! Interestingly, whilst my S3,S4 & S5 all came with staggered wheels, 225 front, 245 rear, the GTN original semi slick Yokohama's are 225 all round. All S1s came with 225/40s all round, judging from how tail happy they can be I imagine increasing the rear size was Morgans answer to "traction control"!

255/35 look far better as well as better traction

Given the amount of action the insurance assessors are having with Morgan at the moment sticking 255 35 on the OZs instead of 225 40 your asking for trouble its a conformity issue. Some companies even check tyre pressures if your involved in an accident. Your choice of course I will stick with Chris Lowrance's recommendations........Em

My insurance company have asked for any mods (first time in donkeys years)
All I do is tell them. Job done
Not only that but should anyone be involved in an accident whilst using a wider tyre (not oversized for an 8” rim btw) they’d be hard pushed to prove the tyre was the issue
