tom+4 has a Plus 4, therefore it is more to think about 195/65/15. Peter, Gambalunga did this step with success.

I checked the ground clearance on my previous Morgan - a 1999 +4 when I bought it when it was 10 years old. I suspected it was considerably less than the 100mm stated in the owner's manual. It turned out to be 70mm. (This was at the gearbox cross member). So it was no wonder the car became intimate with speed humps and other road irregularities.
It was due new tyres so I replaced the original 195/60/15's with 195/65/15's, which gave me a welcome 10mm extra ground clearance - and coincidentally gave a more accurate speedo too.
However, I gained a very welcome further 20mm clearance by shortening the rebound springs by 20mm (at zero cost) using an angle-grinder. This might sound a bit brutal, but it was a pretty straightforward job using the method given on the Go-Mog site to partially dismantle the front suspension. I removed the rebound springs, put them in a vice, and set to with the angle grinder, followed by a file to smooth off the edges. A big added bonus was that it also improved the ride quality considerably, making it much more compliant. So it might be worth checking if this modification would work for you, especially if you're considering spending nearly £1000 on the Suplex set-up, as it could save you a fortune!
(Check to see if you can rotate the rebound springs without too much effort with the car standing on the ground as normal. If you can, then this mod wouldn't give any benefit, but if you can't rotate the springs then it implies the springs are being unduly compressed at rest and could be shortened).
This then gave 105mm clearance at the gearbox cross member, and 124mm at the rear cross member just in front of the back axle.

we can choose a station , but when you fail at a MOT station in Belgium , you cannot go to another one. They don't like competition ....
and indeed , with "oldtimers" it became more&more difficult , they always find "something" which means stress and $$$ every year. One of the "new" rules is that everything needs to be original. A car that passed MOT last year , can fail now.... just because they "find" something as a not original seat , yellow shock or red spring ... i also believe it's a policy to get those old cars out of the streets.
I have to go MOT with my '89 +4 .... before "summer" use.... and was also already concerned about ride height problems....IF they inspect it .
Time to move to the UK then. That sounds ridiculous & if the car is road legal then state sponsored terrorism.

On my 4/4 I have nearly 100mm clearance to the underside of the skid plate on the cross member. Try a different MOT station.
Ground clearance can`t be an issue as the car was homolgated like it is.
I have similar discussions with the ecomobile nearly each time. Till now I won them all.
Best one is that the test engineers have to do a test drive with motorbikes and the eco is registered as one.
With the eco the simply can`t;-)
And it is written in the homologation papers that driving on public roads is only allowed after special training.
MOT engineers do not like this part...
Ground clearance becomes a problem when you find out the car you just purchased does not comply and is not as supposedly "homologated"

update
changing the tyres is not an option ,as they check the tyre spec and wheels with the conformity paper.
So i made a call to Gararge Albert the importer for morgan here in Belgium and confronted him with the problem
So he asked to bring the car to him in brussels and they did some maesurement and wrote me a certificate that says the car is conform
the specs and chassisnr and homologation nr and even says the riding hight is conform this homologation .
They did not mention a specific riding hight in the certificate .
So i went to the mot with this certificate and wonder over wonder the car passed
So probelm solved and thank you all for the reactions
