As some of you know Christopher Ward make some very nice authorised Morgan branded watches, range in price from around £400 to £2000. I had one bought for me as a birthday pressie and subsequently receive their marketing blurb.

Today I received a £100 voucher off future purchases. As I don’t intend to use the voucher would anyone like it?

Don’t want anything for it but perhaps someone could bung a couple of shillings into a charity on my behalf?

Cheers

Gary

£100 is about £70 more than I'd spend on a watch smile smile

And me! Fortunately I was bought a Tag Heuer Carrera by my employer for 20 years service, otherwise I'd still be wearing a Seiko or something.

Lucky you! My reward for 25 years of service with Hewlett-Packard was a pedal bin.

I bought a Christopher Ward watch a few years ago in their clearance sale and I'm very pleased with it. I've had dozens of those £100 vouchers since then along with the glossy magazine. They all go in the recycling, I'm unlikely to ever buy another watch again.

I have a smart band thingy - same size as one of those charity bands so fairly unobtrusive and tracks my sleep, heart rate, exercise through GPS, step count and buzzes if I get a call/text from my phone. AND it tells the time.

The best thing is the 'Find Phone' feature - it activates the phone when I've put it down somewhere stupid and can't find it!

All for £29.99 smile smile

Hi Gary - if it's valid for a couple of months then I could make use of it. Aiming to get something less bulky than my current Tissot, but slightly bigger than my Seiko Pilot's watch!

Probably more than many have received over the last few years Ian! frown
