Wonderful thread drift, something that is at the heart of Talk Morgan!!

I hit a deer once in my old Mercedes 190, it ran off and I lost a headlight and an expensive wing mirror....

We did the same Peter on the Amersham bypass in our Golf at night. One hell of a bang as it ran down a steep embankment into the road & was invisible till a second or so before we hit it. The boss was driving and was very upset. It ran off so we informed the local plod but it must have died eventually for the injuries.

Steve, to get you back on track I've put in a link to an old thread from 2019.

You were involved in that thread back then so I guess you're getting round to the job now.

Glad you got sorted ..... and should you decide to supplement your income by writing a book of horror short stories you're off to a great start !! 🙂

Ive fitted a SIFAB rad and it looks great...make sure youve got the wriggle room when mounted and that the rubber mountings fit correctly and not compressed,
particulary mount the top rubber mount flat to rad mount and tie bar...
