I haven't even thought about a bumpstop yet. The factory fitted two rubber blocks beneath the seat frame. I am just guessing that nobody really wants to experience what happens if the axle hits those hard  The ones you make look like a good solution to me. In order to get the right height of the bump stop brackets I would need to find the shock position when it is fully compressed and add the height of the rubber block when being compressed, right? BTW: Who is Rog ?  Have a look at this link! A fantastic improvement to many cars! Info about Rog´s bump stops

Info about Rog´s bump stopsBut only possible if you have a rear hoop, and if you have shocks without buitl in bump stops. If you have Spax Shocks, they have built in bump stops, or you can put a bumpstop on the damper rod.

I made some bumpstop brackets for mine - i don;t think the AVO shocks have them built in (SSL recommend another type of shock which has a built in bumpstop, negating the need for additional stops, like I've made or the ones Rog sells)
PJB was under the impression AVO's didn't have compression bump stops but I found my (front) ones did albeit polyurethane. Nevertheless he persuaded me to use the Spax gas shocks they spec with their front RS kit. Assume rear AVO's do as well - easy enough to check - just pull back and release the soft plastic dust cover.

Whow - I had a look at Rog's bump stops and then found his planetary box here: Malvern Arms forumQuite a piece of work. But I also learned: on the four seater with the Rutherford side bracket those bump stops won't work. And I double checked on the AVO website. AVOUK - their shocks have a 1" bump stop built-in. Now off to the garage: I hope to have a rolling chassis by tonight

Glad you managed to get it sorted. Looking very smart.
Have you thought about a bash plate for the tank, where the handbrake mount is? Opinion is divided, but I fitted one as it was easy, and there was no detrimental affect.
