Twenty two sleeps (lockdown relaxations permitting) until I pick up my Plus Four.
I want to protect the carpets. Can you recommend rubber mats?

Should be able to get some decent rubber mats from a local car parts shop , very exciting prospect collecting a new plus four as they are a lovely drive besides the usual Mog view down the bonnet etc ! 
Geneva 2016 plus 8' The Green Godess' 4 side exits .

The factory footwell carpets come with a sewn in rubber heelmat in the high wear area and actually last & wear very well, personally I think a posh Mog is spoilt with black rubber mats
You could also have a Trimmer make you some carpet over-mats

A pair of saloon rears will usually fit.
I'm tempted to go for some of those trendy coconut mat things, but I can't face spending the cash.

I am going to try the chair mats that are used in offices. They are a heavy plastic, but clear. Not sure how hard they are to cut to fit. I like the color of my carpet and don't want to cover it up with black. Also being cheap, I like the idea of coco-mats it is just the cost. When you think about it, how much did this car cost and I am concerned about the cost of mats? Not sure where that thought process when off the rails. When you make the decision about mats, could you post what you decided and maybe some pictures?

In my opinion rubber mats look poor - after I learned in this forum that my 4/4 is a poverty model I startet to bay car carpet material and cut out the right form.
So I can change them time by time...
They are then not edged with material but imho they look better than rubber mats.
By the way: I am looking for a nice looking rubber heelmat material...
